sooo after spending $45 on getting two films developed i have come away with some photos that i really do like..

tonight in wellington

tonight in wellington the movie, 'the darjeeling limited' will be playing on channel three. i have great respect for the director of this fantastic film, wes anderson has (in my mind) never failed to make an amazing film and this one is a clear example of this. linking with the wilson brothers many times he has produced such films as; 'the royal tenenbaums', 'the life aquatic with steve zissou' and most recently 'fantastic mr fox'. these films show anderson's amazing film making ability and are personally some of my favorites of all time.

So here is the trailer for 'the darjeeling limited' to a great kinks song and i hope that all of you in new zealand can make find the time to watch it! those of you who are not i would highly recommend getting any if not all of the films out on dvd!

what's been keeping me

well as i mentioned in the last post, my time has been completely taken over by the work of university.. as i did my readings and wrote my essays i would get bored and for some silly reason take photos of whatever i was doing.

so here are a few of these photos, i'm not sure how interesting they are. i hope that they make up for the lack of posts.. which i don't actually think they do.. i shall try harder in the future, just for you dudes.

a whole year

so i haven't been doing any posts in the past week or so, because the stress if university and the ever increasing workload. but i have decided that today is good day to make my returning post; because today, exactly a year ago, jayne did the first post on this blog. i think it consisted of 'woohoo, i'm here' or something along those lines. but no matter, because that was just the beginning, and from there we have done many posts on things ranging from music, fashion and just general stuff.. so i hope that you have all enjoyed this past year of blogs and i'm hoping it'll continue for a while yet.
